National Non Smoking Day took place on Wednesday 8​th ​March 2017 and its aim this year just as it has been since it launched on Ash Wednesday in 1983, was to help as many people as possible to give up smoking and to lead a longer and healthier lifestyle.

It’s not too late to stop smoking

It’s never too late to quit smoking and prolong your life! Do you it for you and your loved ones as smoking not only affects you but can have an awful effect on family members too especially if you are smoking around them. Secondhand in the home, car and other people’s company can be just as harmful to nonsmokers.
