Welcome to the NEW Yoga Studio in Norwich

On Sunday 6th August we had the grand opening of the new bespoke yoga studio which is situated above the Norfolk Clinic.
The Yoga Studio Norwich is owned by Sallie-Anne Sadler, an experienced Yoga and Fitness instructor who has been working in the fitness industry since 1988.
So why did Sallie-Anne decide that now was the time to embark on this new venture?

What can you expect from the Yoga Studio Norwich?

The Yoga Studio Norwich is a unique Boutique Yoga Studio which takes an innovative approach to providing a relaxing and holistically rejuvenating experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
The studio offers many different classes including;

Hatha Yoga – An old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises).
Hatha Flow – Taught with unique sequencing to promote a dynamic & relaxing experience. This class incorporates all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class – while challenging your co-ordination through movement.
Yin Yoga – is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time
Yoga Nidra – is a special relaxation technique which has a deep effect on the body, the energies and the mind.
Pilates – Aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
